A deposit of 25% of the total cost of the instrument, minus shipping is required before building commences. This deposit secures the customer a spot in the production line, as well as the price of the instrument. A letter acknowledging the receipt of the deposit along with a balance statement is mailed to the customer. Your deposit is refundable, until the actual building begins. Once the building process has started the cost of materials will be deducted.
All Cefalu' Guitars have a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser. You must be completely satisfied with your guitar or return it within 7 days after calling to inform me of the return. Provided the instrument is returned in perfect condition, a full refund, minus shipping charges, will be issued once the guitar has been sold. Left handed models and guitars with custom inlay or design options are not included. All returns must be insured by the customer. Any damage resulting from the shipment if it is sent otherwise is the responsibility of the customer.
Upon receipt and clearance of your final payment, your guitar will be shipped FedEx. Prices do not include shipping, insurance, taxes or handling charges. Payment can be made by cash, check, money order, or bank draft.
