Constructed from 2thicknesses of MDFwith 1 1/2" spacers
I put a coat of paint
on to seal the MDF
Mold bolts together
Hole same dia. as
bolts. No alignment
worries.
If cut carefully on
the band saw the form for bender can be made from cutout
of mold.
I lay out 1/2 pattern on MDF and cut out
on band saw. Use this to rough cut 3 more.
Carefully sand one piece to line. Use this piece as pattern route
the other three. I attach it with screws
and pattern route.
